At Sadi Stocking, we value long-term business relationships. We stand behind the quality of our stockings and hosiery products, including OEM and custom-made orders. Please review our return policy below, which applies to wholesale and private label customers.
1. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive products that are:

Incorrect in style, size, or packaging based on your confirmed order

Visibly damaged or failed our promised quality standard
We will offer:

Free replacement

Or credit on your next order
Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, along with photos and description of the issue.
2. Conditions Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind after production

Slight color or texture variation (within tolerance)

Miscommunication due to lack of final sample approval
We always recommend confirming a pre-production sample before bulk orders of stockings.
3. Shipping Costs
For confirmed defective items, Sadi Stocking will bear the reshipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Custom Hosiery and Private Label Orders
All custom stocking orders are final unless quality issues are proven. We work closely with clients during sampling to avoid misunderstandings. If production does not match the approved sample, we’ll take full responsibility.
